Bookings and payment
Sessions and Room seats are booked through Calendly and paid at booking. Prices are in US
dollars and are shown before you pay.
Rescheduling and refunds
Reschedule any session up to twenty four hours beforehand at no cost. Cancel more than seven
days before a Room and we refund in full. Inside seven days we move you to the next month.
Miss a session without notice and the fee is not refunded.
Fit
We confirm fit before a Room. If we conclude we are not the right help for your company, we say
so and refund you rather than take the money.
What we promise, and what we do not
We bring judgment, method, and a vetted bench. We do not guarantee revenue, funding, a specific
number of meetings, or any particular outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a
guarantee. Results depend on your product, your market, and the work you do after we meet.
Confidentiality
What you share is treated as confidential. What other founders share in a Room stays in that
Room, and every attendee agrees to that before joining.
Intellectual property
EarnedTrust™, Time to Yes™, Proof Over Promises™, the EarnedTrust Standard, and
the materials and methods we use remain ours. Work product created for your company is yours.
Governing law
Delaware law governs these terms. EarnedTrust™ is a Delaware limited liability company
operating from Dublin, Ohio.
