EarnedTrust collects as little as possible, and never sells anything it collects. This page says plainly what we hold, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

  • Your name, email, and anything you write when you book a session through Calendly
  • Emails you send us, and the notes we take during a session
  • Standard server logs from our host, including IP address and browser type

What we do not collect

  • We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone
  • We do not use cookies for marketing, and the site sets no cookies of its own
  • We do not ask for payment card details. Payments are handled by Calendly and its processor

Why we hold it

To schedule and deliver the work you asked for, to follow up about it, and to keep our own records. Session notes are used to help your company and are not shared with other founders, vendors, or investors without your written say so.

Processors we use

Calendly for scheduling and payment, Google Workspace for email and documents, and our website host for delivery of this site. Each holds data under its own terms.

Your rights

Write to Jules@earnedtrust.io and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK, or covered by California law, those rights apply to you regardless of where we sit.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records for two years, client engagement records for seven years for tax and legal reasons, and anything else only for as long as it is useful.

Questions about any of this?
